Chipping Tips for Lower Scores

To learn to score better on the golf course, firstly work on your chipping technique so you are executing consistent chip shots.

Then the golfer must learn how they can control their distance to get the ball closer to the hole more often.   This requires practice to build the skill level at being able to land the ball in the same spot every time.  Try placing a small towel on the ground a couple of steps away and practice trying to land the ball on the towel on the full.

Improving technique will produce a consistent ball strike.  Improving your skill at landing the ball on the same spot every time will produce good distance control.
