Here are some of the things that we do to condition ourselves for golf. All you need is a balance ball.
Improving core strength and balance will assist the golf swing and general well being.
Exercise #1: Balance on all fours
Exercise #2: Kneeling Balance
Exercise #3: Kneeling Rotation
Exercise #4: Balance Extensions
Exercise #5: Four Point Squat on One Leg
Exercise #6: Ab Rotation
Exercise #7: Back Extension
Exercise #8 Hit a ball (advanced)
