Fitness For Golf – Legs

Incorporating core stability and balance aspects into exercises will help with the pivot in the golf swing while strengthening muscle groups.  Elements of rotation also play a large part in Fitness for Golf Training.

These are fairly advanced but the challenge makes them interesting and fun to do. Enjoy.
